From our first visits with Gary’s recommended architectural designer until the last nail and stick were removed from the property, Gary exceeded all our expectations as general contractor. Among the many pleasurable aspects of the project were Gary’s selection and supervision of subcontractors. To a person they knew, understood and complied with Gary’s standards of excellence in craftsmanship, cleanliness of the job site, and being good citizens regarding work hours, noise, and vehicle parking. More than once he called them back to touch up the work area for weekends and so forth. Another facet of Gary’s desire to satisfy the customer was his insistence that we visit vendors in the Colorado Springs area to select flooring, plumbing fixtures, doors, paints and finishes, fireplaces, and garage doors, etc. We found that all on his extensive vendor list were eager to serve us when informed that Gary was building for us. That was a comforting experience. Gary kept us abreast of the building timetable, expenses accumulating, and kept us on track with draws from the supporting lender. The project was done on time, with the highest quality of workmanship available in our market, and most importantly, pleased the lady of the house!
